As a Sales Manager at S-Orca Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to meet the needs of parents and guardians seeking quality IT education for their children. You will work closely with the marketing team, educators, and management to achieve sales targets and promote our programs effectively.

Job duties:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including parents, schools, and educational institutions.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for expansion.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
  5. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs.
  6. Lead negotiations and close sales contracts with prospective clients.

Skills:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education sector or related field.
