Furthermore, analytical abilities have been noted by representative of E-Sector, along with the skills to find the information and to process it. Representative of Stafar Consulting stated that for their company one of the dominant skills is considered to be an ability to meet the deadlines. A principal cause of it is the field of activity of organization (consulting), and types of orders which it receives.
As secondary skills for the company “Sarbast plus” noted the skills of searching for information, and also meeting the deadlines. In addition the company “Stafar Consulting” has chosen organizational skill as a skill with less importance. At the same time representative of “E-Sector Solutions” has stated that for them meeting the deadlines is not a supreme task, and working with the purpose of meeting the deadlines has been subjected to criticism because of decrease in quality of result. Finally, as an ability of second importance was noted capability of an employee to keep in touch with technological novelties and trends.
The representative of a company “Sarbast plus” has noted that there are some types of experts which are absent in labour market or in severe shortage, among them experts of IRP systems and financiers with sufficient IT skills. For a company “Stafar Consulting” absent skill for workers is the creative approach. The greatest need for employees possessing desirable knowledge and skills was expressed by the representative of a company “E-Sector Solutions”. They stated that there is a need for Information Architect with knowledge of psychology, marketing, library science and with advanced IT knowledge. Also the shortage of Visual Designers and Web Application Developers Appendices was noted. One specific feature in the activity of this company is that the new arrived employees have to be trained during the certain period of time (sometimes till two years).
This practice is intensively implemented in the company of “Stafar Consulting” where the students of WIUT and International Business School (IBS) constantly recruited for internships or for the part-time jobs. Every summer students work as interns in various departments of the organization for three months. Company administration considers that interns bring new view into the decision making of daily problems. “E-Sector” employs small number of students because of the absence of necessary qualification.
