A recruiter position is the first step in the career of an HR professional. This position involves: Searching for candidates for positions required by the company using search engines and websites. Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates Selecting the best candidates Organising meetings between candidates and heads of departments. Monitoring staff turnover and analysing its causes.
Job duties:
Organisation and maintenance of the full cycle of personnel search, recruitment and selection;
Monitoring of the labour market, preparation of analytical reports;
Preparation of job descriptions;
Conducting interviews on competences, preparation of Job Offer, consulting candidates on registration and employment;
Providing necessary reporting on the work done;
Skills:
Desire to grow and develop in the HR (recruiting) sphere
Communication skills, ability to listen and hear the interlocutor.
Fluency in Russian language.
Organisation, analytical mind, ability to multitask;
Proficiency in MS Office;
