As the hospitality sector in Uzbekistan continues to thrive, we are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Samarkand. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and ambitious recent graduate or final-year student to kickstart your career in an international IT company, even with minimal sales experience!

Job duties:

After a 1-2 month training period, you will be expected to meet KPIs related to onboarding hotels. Your key tasks will include:
- Conducting meetings with hotel owners (with 80% of your time dedicated to traveling in the region)
- Finding and processing leads
- Representing the Exely brand at industry events

Skills:

- Strong initiative and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, English, and Tajik
- Sales experience is a plus
- Location: Samarkand, with a willingness to travel
