Sales Team Supervisor (FMCG segment)

Description

There is a vacancy for Supervisor of the sales team in an International Tobacco Company. We are in search of an ambitious specialist with experience in FMCG business and knowledge of Power Bi, aimed at personal and professional growth in the corporation. 

Job duties:

Key responsibilities include: 
-Controlling the work and movements of sales representatives and distributors;
-Maintaining reports and analyzing data in Excel & Power Bi related to the Company's sales activities;
-Control all data collection and processing processes to keep up to date information for the Reporting Table, makes suggestions for improvement, advises and provides support to all users.

Skills:

  • Higher education, preferably in management, marketing, economics, technical specialties;
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing;
  • Russian language - fluent. Knowledge of oral and written English at an above average level. Fluency in Uzbek language is preferred;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
