HR-department Internship

Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR department as an intern. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions and processes. The HR Department Intern will assist with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR compliance, and general administrative tasks. There will be given a CERTIFICATE by the end of internship!

Job duties:

- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
- Assisting with HR compliance activities, including ensuring compliance with labor laws, updating policies and procedures, and conducting audits.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, filing documents, and organizing HR-related events.
- Learning about various HR functions and gaining hands-on experience in a professional HR environment.

Skills:

- English, Russian and Uzbek skills, knowledge of written and spoken language.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus.
