Description

What we offer? WORKPLACE IN TASHKENT  Schedule 5/2 from 9.00 to 18.00;  Salary: discussed individually;  Workplace: Tashkent city, Furkat street 2.

Job duties:

 Provide support and advice on issues related to the company's activities.
 Analyze legal acts and documents, assess their compliance with the law.
 Develop and analyze contracts, participate in their conclusion and negotiation.
 Represent the company's interests in courts, arbitrations and before governmental authorities.
 Assess risks and develop a risk mitigation strategy.
 Monitor compliance with legislation in the company's activities.
 Develop and analyze internal documents related to legal aspects of the company's activities.
 Advise management and employees on legal issues.
 Prepare legal positions on controversial issues.
 Participate in the process of auditing the company's operations from a legal point of view.  Participate in the process of auditing the company's operations from a legal point of view.
 Adhere to ethical standards and the law in our activities.

Skills:

What is important for us?
 Higher  education;

No work experience required
 Knowledge of tax, civil law, labor law, accounting;
 Perfect knowledge of Russian and Uzbek languages;
 Competent verbal and written communication skills;
 Ability to work in a team;
 Responsibility, attention to detail.
