We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finance Specialist to join our finance team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in finance to gain valuable hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.

Job duties:

• Assist in analyzing financial data and trends to support management decision-making.
• Prepare basic financial reports, variance analysis, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Help monitor budget performance and analyze variances.

Skills:

• Understand the basics of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and how to analyze them to assess company performance and financial health.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding basic accounting principles and practices, such as accruals, depreciation, and financial ratios.
• Ability to work with large amounts of numerical data accurately and pay attention to details in financial documents and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Russian and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
