HR Assistant

Description

The HR Assistant will perform various HR and administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our HR department. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding, managing employee records, addressing employee inquiries, and supporting HR events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Job duties:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding Support

    • Assist in job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
    • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have a smooth transition.
  • Employee Records and Documentation

    • Maintain and update employee files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection policies.
    • Process HR documents, including employment contracts, change forms, and exit paperwork.
  • Other Duties

    • Support special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Assist with reporting, tracking HR metrics, and maintaining a positive work environment.
