Job duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Ask prequalifying questions according to the script to assess customer needs;
  • Transfer qualified customers to licensed agents;
  • Persuade clients and make successful transfers.

Skills:

Skills: 

  • Fluent English;                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Confident and outgoing personality;
  • Good manner in communication;
  • Quick learner, enthusiastic about work; 
  • Computer literacy: at a good user level.

Requirements:

  • PC (Windows only) and stable Ethernet connection (LAN) . Apple software and Wi-Fi are not suitable;
  • Available 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
