Description

Job duties:
Greeting Guests and Escorting Them to Their Table:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Escort guests to their reserved or preferred table, ensuring their comfort.
Handling Reservations:
- Manage the reservation system efficiently, including booking tables and updating schedules.
- Confirm reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
Managing Delivery Services:
- Process delivery orders accurately through phone or online platforms.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of delivery orders.
- Verify that orders are packed correctly and liaise with delivery personnel for prompt service.
Answering Phone Calls:
- Respond to guest inquiries, reservation requests, and delivery orders professionally.
- Provide detailed information about the menu, restaurant hours, or other services.
- Handle complaints or special requests by redirecting them to the appropriate staff when necessary.
Knowledge of the Menu and Dish Presentation:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specialties.
- Present menu items to guests confidently, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Inform guests about any promotions, seasonal dishes, or new additions to the menu.
