We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Track and Trace Specialist to monitor and manage the movement of freight, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate communication with customers and carriers. Job duties:

• Track shipments in real-time using GPS, telematics, and logistics software.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to provide updates on delivery statuses.
• Address and resolve delays, disruptions, or route changes promptly.
• Update and maintain accurate records of shipment activities in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize delivery schedules and performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Analyze and report on shipment performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
