We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Financial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial processes, analyzing financial performance, and supporting the company in achieving its strategic goals.

Job duties:

• Analyzing financial data and trends to support management decision making.
• Preparing key financial and management reports, variance analysis and presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitoring budget execution and variance analysis.
• Maintain financial records and monitor cash flow.
• Provide financial forecasts and analytical reports for management.
• Assist in developing strategies to optimize expenses and improve profitability.

Skills:

• Understand the basics of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and how to analyze them to assess company performance and financial health.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding basic accounting principles and practices, such as accruals, depreciation, and financial ratios.
• Ability to work with large amounts of numerical data accurately and pay attention to details in financial documents and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Russian and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
