Recruitment Specialist

Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist who is enthusiastic and motivation-driven to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying top talent to onboarding new hires, ensuring that we attract and retain the best candidates in the industry.

Job duties:

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Recruitment:

    • Collaborate with top managers to understand company's staffing needs.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Actively source and attract IT talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
    • Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Understanding of Tech Terminology:
    • Develop a basic understanding of tech roles, technologies, and trends to communicate effectively with candidates.
    • Stay updated on industry developments to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    • Provide an excellent candidate experience and build strong relationships with potential hires.
    • Represent Applied Labs at job fairs, hackathons, and networking events.

Skills:

  • Language Proficiency: English proficiency at a B2 level or higher, as well as Uzbek and Russian.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in recruiting or HR, ideally in the IT industry .
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles and technologies is a plus.
  • Skills (Nice to have): Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including X-ray and Boolean search methods. Confident user of LinkedIn, as well as Recruitment Management Systems (RMS) and Human Resource Management (HRM) systems.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport with candidates and work collaboratively
  • High motivation: positive attitude and a passion for finding the right talent.
  • Organizational: Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
