Company protocol writer / ICD Agreement Drafter

Job duties:

- Write and update clear, concise, and accurate procedures and process documents
- Ensure procedures comply with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct research and gather information to develop new procedures
- Create/write a company internal procedure and Independent Contractor Agreement from scratch
- Train personnel on procedures and processes

Skills:

- Expert knowledge of English, International Law, and UZB/USA Jurisprudence
- Ability to do deep research and analyze federal and state law of the USA
- Good writing starts with understanding English grammar
- Ability to simply complex topics
- Paying attention to detail
- Computer skills: Google Sheets
- Understanding USA logistics business (0 information still ok)
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
