Description Customer service representative Phoenix Cargo, a US-based logistics company, has been actively recruiting and nurturing talent since 2018, having successfully trained over 300 individuals in Uzbekistan. At Phoenix Cargo, we welcome applicants with no prior experience and offer thorough training. Upon joining, you will start in the customer service department for an initial period of 5 to 6 months. After mastering customer service, you can progress to the dispatcher role, assuming responsibilities such as managing the earnings of 10 drivers, communication, negotiation, persuasion, and team management. The starting salary is $500 for the first month, increasing by $50 monthly. As a dispatcher, your compensation shifts to a commission-based structure, with earnings based on a percentage of your drivers' monthly sales revenue. Dispatchers typically earn around $2500 per month.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures in the handling of cargo.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of cargo.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or delays in the transportation of goods.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in cargo handling operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English. (required IELTS speaking score of at least 6)
  • Availability for night shift work. (5 PM - 3 AM)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Fast learner with a strong personality.
