Description

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the director with the efficient management and operation of the Reinsurance department. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, technical insurance knowledge, and strong interpersonal communication. You will assist in managing reinsurance contracts, processing claims, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with various internal teams and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, handling data analysis, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the director in strategic planning and meeting preparation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
