About the Roles

🔹 Transformation Management Department
Be part of a team driving company-wide transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and innovation. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting business process automation and structural optimization projects
• Assisting in the implementation of regulatory changes in line with government policies
• Contributing to international investment projects and potential IPO preparations

🔹 Strategic Development Department
Work on shaping the future of Uzbektelecom through comprehensive strategic planning. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the development of long-term, mid-term, and short-term strategies
• Conducting analysis to set objectives, KPIs, and performance monitoring
• Supporting investment project evaluations and their impact on company cash flow

Skills:

Who We Are Looking For

🔹 Recent university graduates with a background in finance, management, or law
🔹 Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken)
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to work with data
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
