Job duties:

  • Campaign Management: Develop creative ad concepts, initiate campaigns, and integrate various online channels for effective fundraising. Emphasize result-oriented strategies, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Web Project Oversight: Lead website projects such as launches or enhancements, from planning and developer briefings to testing and approval.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Implement and analyze tools like Google Analytics, derive insights, and take action to enhance performance.
  • SEO & Usability: Focus on SEO strategies and web usability best practices for fundraising websites to improve visibility and user experience.

Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment between online and offline marketing efforts, maintaining a cohesive SOS branding identity across all platforms.

  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor websites, online campaigns, and social media initiatives to stay informed and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills:

Requirements

  • -At least 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, sales, or fundraising, with a proven ability to ---independently manage campaigns focused on achieving a 3:1 ROI;
  • -Good command of English, Russian and Uzbek;
  • -Proficiency in Digital Content Editing
  • -Understanding of Web Usability and UX
  • -Training in Adobe Photoshop & Premiere
