Description

Program participants are granted the status of "Fellow" (stipend recipient, program member). Their main responsibilities include: Developing team leadership: Development as leaders who can create changes to implement sustainable education and social reforms. Community impact: Developing and implementing projects that mobilize communities to solve socio-economic issues. Pedagogical mastery: Using innovative teaching methodologies to improve the learning process and engage students actively. Impact on education and social reforms: Promoting research-based approaches to improve the education system and social sector. Sustainable change: Building a network of local stakeholders and change agents to ensure long-term impact.

Skills:

Requirements

1. University graduates (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent)

2. Citizenship of Uzbekistan/work permit

3. Fluency in at least two of the three languages: English/Russian/Uzbek

4. Ability to work at designated school for 2 years

5. Ability to attend a five-week in-person Summer Institute starting in July 1
