Noor express logistics is a growing trucking and logistics company dedicated to providing reliable and efficient transportation solutions. We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team and help coordinate our fleet operations effectively.

Job duties:

✅ Plan and coordinate freight loads, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
✅ Communicate with drivers, shippers, and brokers to optimize routes and maximize profitability.
✅ Monitor driver schedules and compliance with DOT regulations and HOS rules.
✅ Negotiate with brokers and customers to secure high-paying loads.
✅ Track and update load status using TMS, ELD, and GPS tracking systems.
✅ Solve on-the-road issues such as breakdowns, weather delays, and re-routing.
✅ Maintain accurate records of dispatch, freight documentation, and BOLs.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, ensuring high driver satisfaction.

Skills:

1. Industry Knowledge & Experience

• Understanding of DOT regulations, hours of service (HOS), and compliance.
• Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
• Knowledge of trucking lanes, market rates, and fuel cost optimization.

2. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills

• Ability to coordinate with drivers, brokers, and shippers.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure the best freight rates.
• Quick problem-solving for delays, breakdowns, or route changes.

3. Multitasking & Organization

• Ability to manage multiple trucks and loads simultaneously.
• Strong scheduling and route planning skills.
• Attention to detail with paperwork, BOLs, and compliance documentation.

4. Tech-Savviness

• Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and GPS tracking software.
• Experience using ELDs (Electronic Logging Devices) and telematics systems.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, load-tracking software, and dispatching tools.

5. Crisis Management & Problem-Solving

• Quick thinking when a truck breaks down or a load is delayed.
• Ability to find alternative routes or secure new loads last minute.

6. Customer Service & Relationship Building

• Ability to build relationships with shippers, brokers, and drivers.
• Professional and courteous attitude to maintain long-term partnerships.
