√ Organize various festivals and events for students throughout the year
√ Arrange open house days and educational conferences for parents.
√ Organize debates, master classes, and interactive sessions focused on critical thinking with students within the school and in collaboration with other institutions.
√ Arrange team-building activities, group gatherings, and professional development training for staff members.
√ Efficiently manage event budgets, select venues, ensure technical support, and maintain security.
√ Collect feedback after each event, analyze results, and further improve subsequent projects.

Skills:

What do we expect from you?

2+ years of experience in event organization (experience in the education sector is an advantage).
Fluent communication skills in Uzbek and Russian (English is an additional advantage).
Skills in organizing team-building activities, training sessions, and group meetings.
Experience in promoting events on Instagram, Telegram, and other platforms.
Experience using Canva, Trello, or other project management tools.
