Description

Job duties:

• Greeting and meeting company guests, ensuring a comfortable stay.

• Answering calls, forwarding calls to the appropriate departments.

• Receiving and registering visitors, access control.

• Organizing and coordinating the schedule of meetings, conferences and calls.

• Managing postal and courier shipments, including receiving and sending correspondence.

• Maintaining order in the office.

• Documentation, performing general administrative tasks.

• Ensuring the operation of office equipment, ordering office supplies and maintaining the equipment in working order.

• Supporting other departments in administrative matters.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s or specialized education.

• Experience in a similar position at least 2 years.

• Knowledge of office software (MS Office, Teams, etc.).

• Good communication skills, ability to work in a diverse environment.

• Responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance.

• Ability to do multitasks.

• Knowledge of Uzbek, English and Russian.
