Job duties:

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make employment recommendations.

- Build strong relationships with schools, universities, employment agencies, and other recruitment sources.

- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure swift fulfillment of open positions.

- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and retention strategies.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment.

Skills:

- Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in the logistics or transportation industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Language requirements: Advanced English, Russian & Uzbek.
