Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic decision-making. You should have strong SQL skills, be proficient in working with databases, and be comfortable presenting insights using data visualization tools. Experience in the banking industry and fluency in English and Russian are highly valued.

Job duties:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation

• Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases to support business reporting needs

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions

• Communicate findings effectively in English and Russian to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all stages of analysis

• Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks as required
