Description

We are looking for a motivated Dispatcher to join our growing team! As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for finding and booking loads, managing drivers, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth and timely deliveries. You will work closely with drivers, brokers, and customers to maximize efficiency and revenue.

Job duties:

• Search and book loads through load boards and broker contacts.

• Assign loads to drivers based on availability and performance.

• Negotiate rates and build relationships with brokers and shippers.

• Track driver locations and provide real-time updates to brokers/customers.

• Monitor driver hours and compliance with regulations.

• Handle delays, breakdowns, and any other issues during transit.

• Collect and manage load documents (BOLs, PODs, etc.).

• Maintain organized records of all loads and communications.
