We are seeking a highly motivated Driver Recruiter Specialist to join our team in Tashkent. This role is essential to sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified CDL-A truck drivers for our U.S.-based trucking operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work U.S. business hours.

Job duties:

• Source potential CDL-A drivers through various channels (job boards, referrals, social media, etc.)

• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess driver qualifications and experience.

• Explain company benefits, routes, pay packages, and requirements clearly and persuasively.

• Manage application documentation and ensure all DOT-compliance steps are completed.

• Coordinate with safety, dispatch, and orientation departments to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers and update recruitment database regularly.

• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare reports for management.

• Follow up with applicants regularly and maintain strong relationships.

Skills:

• Fluent in English (verbal and written); strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Prior experience in U.S. trucking recruitment or newbies are welcome too

• Strong understanding of CDL requirements, FMCSA regulations, and U.S. driver hiring process.

• Able to work U.S. business hours (e.g. 9 AM – 5 PM EST).

• Proficient in using recruitment tools, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.

• Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
