Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fuel & Toll Advisor to join our operations support team in Tashkent. This role is responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing fuel usage and toll expenses across our fleet of U.S.-based trucks. The ideal candidate will help ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and real-time problem solving.

Job duties:

• Monitor fuel card usage (e.g. EFS, Quikq) and toll activity through company platforms.

• Identify and prevent fuel theft, fraud, or misuse by drivers.

• Track toll violations, process payments, and dispute incorrect charges.

• Maintain updated records of fuel and toll transactions in internal systems.

• Collaborate with dispatchers, safety, and accounting teams to ensure accurate driver billing and reimbursements.

• Communicate with drivers and fleet managers to resolve toll and fuel-related issues promptly.

• Analyze fuel and toll spending to find cost-saving opportunities.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports on fuel and toll performance.

Skills:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal); professional communication is a must.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.

• Prior experience in a U.S. trucking company or logistics setting is a plus.

• Familiarity with fuel card platforms (EFS, Comdata, Fleet One) and toll systems across the U.S.

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools.

• Ability to work U.S. hours (Eastern)

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to act quickly in time-sensitive situations.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
