JSC Uzbektelecom is offering a paid internship opportunity for motivated and talented recent graduates. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in strategic planning, investment analysis, and business process optimization within the telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in business process automation and organizational structure optimization initiatives; Contribute to the implementation of regulatory and policy changes in coordination with government directives; Participate in international investment projects, including potential IPO preparations; Support the development of strategic documents (long-term, mid-term, and short-term plans); Conduct data analysis to help establish strategic objectives, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanisms; Support evaluations of investment projects, including financial modeling and cash flow impact analysis. Candidate Requirements: Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Management, or Law;

Skills:

- Recent university graduates with a background in finance, management, or law; 
- Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken); 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to work with data; 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn; 
- Interest in the telecommunications industry and strategic development.
