Call Center Agent/Operator

Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to handle inbound and/or outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide information accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and policies, and maintain customer satisfaction through professional conduct and effective problem-solving.. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping people.

Job duties:

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner.

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and policies.

- Processing of emails and prompt resolution of related issues;

- Document call details, customer interactions, and outcomes in the system.

- Stay up to date with product knowledge, processes, and company updates

Skills:

Requirement:

- Fluent in English

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes

- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role (preferred)

- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
