Customer Relationship Administrator

Description

We are looking for a responsive and organised Customer Service Administrator who will be a key link between our company and our customers. Job duties:

  • Manage inquiries – provide consultations via email and phone calls.
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective families and assist with admissions.
  • Guide families through the application process, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department on relevant matters.
  • Maintain and update student databases for reporting purposes.
  • Provide written and verbal translations as needed.
  • Organize meetings, negotiations, and events.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Skills:

  • Fluent and proficient in Russian and Uzbek; English (Upper-Intermediate). 
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Fast learner, stress-resistant, multitasking, and results-oriented.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
