The Assistant Dean supports the Dean in managing academic programs, faculty coordination, and student affairs. This role involves overseeing administrative processes, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Job duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing academic programs and schedules

  • Coordinate faculty activities and support performance evaluations

  • Manage student issues including academic progress, appeals, and disciplinary matters

  • Support accreditation processes and ensure adherence to academic standards

  • Facilitate communication between administration, faculty, and students

  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and compliance with university regulations

Skills:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, management, or related field

  • Experience in academic administration or higher education (preferred)

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in English (Intermediate or higher)

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
