Job duties:

Develop and grow the university startup ecosystem and incubation programs
Curate and manage incubation and acceleration programs, working hands-on with project teams
Organize key events: hackathons, demo days, pitch sessions, and mentorship programs
Support startups throughout their journey: from idea to market entry and fundraising
Collaborate with scientific labs and academic departments to commercialize breakthrough technologies
Monitor and analyze trends in startups, tech entrepreneurship, and venture capital

Skills:

Higher education (Bachelor’s or above)
Proven experience in startup ecosystems, incubation or acceleration programs
Solid understanding of startup funding mechanisms: grants, investments, corporate programs
Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once
Bonus: direct startup experience (founder or team member)
English fluent
