📝 Job Description: Loialte Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. This role is essential in shaping a positive organizational culture and supporting the company’s strategic growth.
Job duties:
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal documentation
Oversee employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Organize and support training, professional development, and performance evaluation processes
Build and maintain a positive work environment and company culture
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
Coordinate payroll inputs and work closely with the finance/accounting department
Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
Skills:
🔹 Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in full-cycle HR management (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations)
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR compliance practices (preferably Uzbekistan labor law)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build HR processes from scratch and improve existing systems
Experience in employee development, training, and retention strategies
Familiarity with HR software and digital tools
Strategic thinking and ability to align HR with business goals
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Fluency in Russian and English (Uzbek is a plus)
