Sales manager

Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Samarkand. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our innovative POS automation solution by identifying new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about technology, and has a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales.

Job duties:

  • Actively search for new clients (cold sales);
  • Work with warm leads, conduct personal meetings and product presentations;
  • Build long-term client relationships and provide support at every stage of cooperation;
  • Handle objections and close deals successfully;
  • Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system;
  • Meet monthly sales targets;
  • Visit clients on-site when necessary and resolve issues promptly.

Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C sales;
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients in person;
  • Solid understanding of sales and negotiation processes;
  • Fluency in Russian and Uzbek;
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.
