Description

Conducting classes in accordance with the primary school curriculum. Taking an individual approach to students, developing their potential and curiosity. Maintaining a positive and disciplined atmosphere in the classroom. Interacting with colleagues and parents, participating in school events.

Job duties:

Teaching skills:

Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze lessons, using a variety of teaching methods and techniques.

Developmental psychology:

Knowledge of the developmental characteristics of younger schoolchildren and the ability to apply this knowledge in teaching and education.

Working with parents:

Ability to conduct parent meetings, interact with parents on issues of academic performance and child rearing.

Working with information:

Ability to work with textbooks, methodological literature, find and use information from various sources.

Health care:

Knowledge of the basics of hygiene and pediatrics, ability to provide first aid.

Professional development:

Regularly taking professional development courses to update knowledge and skills.

ICT skills:

Ability to use information technology in the learning process.

Personal qualities:

Patience:

Ability to calmly and patiently explain material and work with children of different skill levels.

Skills:

Higher education;
Experience working with children aged 6–12 (minimum 1 year);

Ability to apply modern teaching methods and approaches to developing interest and discipline in younger schoolchildren.

High level of communication skills and ability to cooperate with parents.

Fluency in Russian, English at least B2 level (for work communication), knowledge of Uzbek would be an advantage;

Empathy, creativity, ability to build trusting relationships and inspire children.
