We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting functions to ensure the organization’s financial health and sustainability.

Job duties:

Assisting with financial reporting and analysis

Managing cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and other financial operations

Handling data entry and reconciliation tasks

Coordinating with the finance team on day-to-day accounting activities

Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization

Skills:

Background in finance, accounting, or economics (students or recent graduates are welcome)

Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting

Exceptional communication and presentation skills
