We are a fast-growing startup seeking an energetic and hardworking Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our B2B SaaS CRM product to construction companies by visiting them and explaining the product to business owners. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that is changing the way construction companies manage their operations.

Job duties:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the construction industry, and develop a target list of companies to approach.
  • Cold-call or visit potential customers to introduce our product, explain the benefits of our CRM solution for the construction industry, and schedule product demonstrations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our B2B SaaS CRM product.
  • Understand the needs of potential customers, and tailor product demonstrations and sales pitches to meet their specific needs and pain points.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with potential customers to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential customers, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and stay up to date on industry trends and developments.

Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a software or technology-related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our product.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage the sales pipeline and follow-up with potential customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate pricing and contract terms with potential customers.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical concepts related to our B2B SaaS CRM product.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and related software is a plus.
